I am from Washington DC, and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Biology from Brown University. My dream is to design living technology to solve global problems. In my PhD I hope to learn how plants have evolved to survive and thrive in environments across the globe, and translate that knowledge into a more robust corn agricultural system. When I’m out of the lab I enjoy cooking, reading, and being outdoors.
