Robotic Code

We have written code for Biomek NXp liquid handlers to make batches of 96 3’ RNAseq libraries using Lexogen's QuantSeq kit.

 

This code performs all pre-PCR steps in the protocol and requires manual intervention for incubation steps at or above 30 C.  Optimization will be required for your local instrument.
